We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Guangson Consulting Richmond Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in a fast-paced corporate environment.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary of $45,000 to $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work 30 to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing administrative support to senior staff members, including preparing agendas and making arrangements for meetings;
  • Analyzing incoming and outgoing documents, reports, and submissions;
  • Preparing financial statements, invoices, and other documents;
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and managing calendars;
  • Developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures;
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely completion of tasks;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role; and
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
