HCM SuccessFactors EC Payroll Consultant, Professional Services Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled HCM SuccessFactors EC Payroll Consultant, Professional Services to join our team at Rizing. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients, leveraging your expertise in SuccessFactors' products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead implementation teams to deliver SuccessFactors products, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Analyze clients' business requirements and objectives, creating tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop and deliver presentations, training materials, and system configurations to clients.
- Collaborate with junior consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Manage project timelines, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our services.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of Associate Consultant experience, with a strong understanding of business processes and technical documentation.
- Prior experience in a functional or technical consulting role, with a focus on SuccessFactors products.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
Prior experience or knowledge of Human Resources and/or payroll is highly desirable.
