HCM SuccessFactors EC Payroll Consultant, Professional Services Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled HCM SuccessFactors EC Payroll Consultant, Professional Services to join our team at Rizing. As a key member of our implementation team, you will provide functional expertise and guidance to our customers, ensuring the successful implementation of SuccessFactors' products.
Key Responsibilities- Lead product implementation teams to deliver SuccessFactors products.
- Analyze clients' business requirements and objectives.
- Develop high-quality demonstrations and presentations.
- Configure systems to meet client specifications and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues or defects.
- Complete internal tasks as assigned.
- Assist with training material preparation and coach junior consultants.
- Prepare status updates and track time and expenses.
- Stay up-to-date with continuing education activities to maintain professional certifications.
1 year of Associate Consultant experience with detailed knowledge of business processes, technical documentation, and systems implementation.
Prior experience in a functional or technical consulting role.
Bachelor Degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, Education or equivalent experience in a related field.
Preferred QualificationsPrior experience or knowledge of Human Resources and/or payroll.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)- Advanced understanding of HR functions and business processes.
- Advanced knowledge of SuccessFactors product.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to assess and assist clients with existing systems and optimize their solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations.
- Ability to manage time and multiple projects with attention to detail.
