As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients, leveraging your expertise in SuccessFactors' products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead implementation teams to deliver SuccessFactors product solutions to clients.
- Analyze clients' business requirements and objectives to develop tailored solutions.
- Design and deliver high-quality demonstrations and presentations to clients.
- Develop system configurations to meet client specifications and best practices.
- Ensure timely and successful implementation of SuccessFactors' products.
- Collaborate with junior consultants to provide guidance and support on projects.
- Prepare status updates and track time and expenses to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain professional certifications.
1 year of Associate Consultant experience with detailed knowledge of business processes, technical documentation, and systems implementation.
Prior experience in a functional or technical consulting role.
Bachelor Degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, Education or equivalent experience in a related field.
Preferred QualificationsPrior experience or knowledge of Human Resources and/or payroll.
