Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled and experienced technical professional to join our Payroll product team in a Senior SAP HCM/Payroll Consultant role. As a key member of our international team, you'll play a critical role in driving strategic business objectives throughout the product lifecycle. Your expertise will help ensure the Payroll solution meets the needs of our customers in the US and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance of the Payroll solution with local legal requirements for the US and Canada.
- Collaborate with external partners to manage solution operations and transition deliverables from Development to Operations.
- Drive continuous improvement within the Product area, focusing on operational efficiency, reducing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), support quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Review and validate new legal requirements for the US and Canada Payroll solution.
- Engage with stakeholders and provide technical, functional, and business process knowledge within the Product area.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant functions, applications, and technologies within the Product area.
- Foster innovation to address challenges and drive progress.
- Ensure the Product area complies with Global IT technical, quality, and process standards.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in SAP Application-related project delivery and support in SAP HCM Payroll for the US and Canada.
- Technical expertise in SAP HCM Payroll, specifically for US and Canada country payroll knowledge.
- Good knowledge of local legal payroll requirements for the US and Canada, including BSI tax calculation.
- Knowledge in HR ABAP OO, UI5, Webdynpro is a plus.
- Knowledge in SuccessFactors Employee Central is an advantage.
- Ability to identify, understand, and review customer needs, objectives, and business requirements.
- Strong teamwork skills, proactive networking, and a focus on achieving results and executing tasks efficiently.
- Motivated to work in international, intercultural settings, and agile framework environments.
- Excellent analytical abilities, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills.
