We are seeking a highly skilled EC Payroll Consultant, Professional Services for HCM SuccessFactors to join our team at Rizing. As a key resource for our customers, you will lead implementation teams and provide functional expertise on SuccessFactors' products.
Key Responsibilities- Lead product implementation teams to deliver SuccessFactors product.
- Gather and analyze clients' business requirements and objectives.
- Create and deliver high-quality demonstrations and presentations.
- Develop system configurations to conform to client specifications and best practices.
- Adhere to software implementation standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and provide resolution of system issues or defects.
- Complete internal tasks as assigned.
- Assist with preparation of training materials.
- Coach junior consultants on projects.
- Prepare status updates and track time and expenses.
- Complete continuing education activities to attain and maintain professional certifications.
1 year of Associate Consultant experience with detailed knowledge of business processes, technical documentation, and systems implementation.
Prior experience in a functional or technical consulting role.
Bachelor Degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, Education or equivalent experience in a related field.
Preferred QualificationsPrior experience or knowledge of Human Resources and/or payroll.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)- Advanced understanding of HR functions and business processes.
- Advanced knowledge of SuccessFactors product.
- Ability to attentively listen and effectively communicate with clients.
- Ability to assess and assist clients with existing systems and optimize their solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations.
- Ability to manage time and multiple projects with a high degree of attention to detail.
