Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in Montreal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calls, email outreach, and other prospecting activities
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at potential customer companies
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as product teams and customer success, to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an inside sales or sales development role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
  • Bilingualism in French is mandatory, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent business acumen, analysis, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • University degree or college diploma in business or a related field, with a strong academic record
