Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Five Star Staffing. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff and management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to staff and management team, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Supervise and train other workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and determine and establish office procedures and routines.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and answer electronic enquiries.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory, arrange travel and related itineraries, and make reservations.
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, provide customer service, and maintain and manage digital databases.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, with attention to detail and a large caseload.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work as part of a team.
- Organized and accurate, with strong time management skills and a high level of reliability.
