Job Title: Administrative Assistant

QProVibe Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating office moves.
  • Communication: Coordinate communication between team members, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with the coordination of projects, including researching, planning, and implementing projects.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, scanning, and shredding documents.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: Anglais
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
