Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Five Star Staffing. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Office Administration: Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
