Job Summary:

The Store Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales and profitability in a retail store environment. As a Store Manager at Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween, you will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through effective expense control, human resources management, and merchandising and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain Guest Services standards to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Oversee and manage store operations, including sales, inventory, and visual merchandising.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and management staff.
  • Implement and maintain Company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Manage store expenses, including labor, inventory, and overhead costs.
  • Conduct regular store audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.
  • Prior retail management experience required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
