About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Timtom Asian Grocery. Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Merchandising: Oversee the merchandising of our store, including ordering merchandise, managing inventory, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the store, including processing transactions, managing cash, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role is required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and management.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
