Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Timtom Asian Grocery. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive shopping experience for customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of an equivalent education or relevant work experience.
  • Experience: At least 7 months of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in basic math and inventory management.
