Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Merchandising: Oversee the merchandising of our store, including ordering merchandise, managing inventory, and ensuring that our store is visually appealing and well-stocked.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the store, including processing transactions, managing cash, and preparing reports on sales volumes and other key metrics.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a degree in business or a related field being an asset.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role is required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
