Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

MR. SAM FOOD CORPORATION O/A FRESH BURRITO is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies to meet the needs of our menu.
  • Hire and manage food service staff to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize our operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Supervise the assembly and delivery of food trays and trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Permanent employment with a 35-hour workweek.
  • English language proficiency.
Work Environment:

Our food service establishment operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is a requirement of this role.
