Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service establishment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we always have the necessary stock.
  • Hire and train new staff members to join our team.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that we are operating efficiently.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure that our customers receive their food in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Work Environment:

Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Personal Suitability:
  • Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Flexibility and the ability to work as part of a team are also required.
