About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Commercial Banking Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development, leading a team of commercial account managers, and overseeing the sales and marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of commercial account managers, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales and Marketing: Oversee the sales and marketing functions, including developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales and marketing functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in commercial banking, sales, and marketing.
  • Education: Undergraduate or graduate degree in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, and a proven track record of business growth and development.
