About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our digital transformation efforts at CaesarStone, Ltd. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Management and Strategy Development
    • Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives customer engagement.
    • Manage and optimize our digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our digital marketing efforts.
  • Consumer Insights and Category Knowledge
    • Conduct market research and analysis to gain a deep understanding of our target audience and their needs.
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our category, including key drivers, competitive landscape, and brand positioning.
  • Integrated Marketing
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement.
    • Develop and manage our digital marketing budget and resources to ensure effective use of our marketing dollars.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and customer engagement through digital marketing efforts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
