Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in spearheading digital transformation initiatives at Caesarstone, Canada. This position is responsible for the comprehensive development, planning, and execution of digital marketing strategies across various channels, including both Owned and Paid media. The role involves crafting and implementing the brand's social media and digital marketing campaigns, along with overseeing Marketing Automation and website activities to align with business objectives and brand health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Development: Utilize data analytics to enhance the consumer journey across digital platforms, ensuring seamless integration of online and offline marketing efforts.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the execution of product launch communications across all digital touchpoints and develop annual testing platforms to optimize performance.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and conduct ROI assessments to align marketing activities with business performance, providing monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Content Management: Oversee website updates, including blogs and imagery, while collaborating with global teams for technical support and UX management.
  • Social Media Strategy: Design and implement organic and paid social media campaigns, managing content calendars across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring effective communication with target audiences.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling content and ensure alignment with brand messaging.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the Luxury or Prestige sectors.
  • Proven track record in leading digital campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
