Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Strategist to lead our digital marketing efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive email marketing strategy that drives user acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a data-driven email marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Grow our email audience through targeted user acquisition initiatives
  • Design and implement personalized customer communication campaigns based on consumer behavior
  • Identify and create targeted customer segments for personalized marketing efforts
  • Manage the email campaign calendar, including template design, content, and calls-to-action
  • Measure and optimize email campaign performance to improve user engagement, conversion, and retention
  • Minimize customer churn and unsubscribes
  • Lead the creative direction of our email marketing strategy and develop templates based on best-in-class design
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, with a focus on data-driven strategies
  • Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and email automation platforms
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Background in eCommerce and retail, with a passion for digital marketing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Project management experience, with a focus on delivering results-driven marketing initiatives
