Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will be a highly creative professional responsible for spearheading digital transformation initiatives for Caesarstone, Canada. This role encompasses the development, planning, and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies across Owned and Paid channels. Key responsibilities include formulating and implementing the brand's social media and digital marketing campaigns, overseeing Marketing Automation, and managing website activities to align strategies with brand health and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Business Management: Utilize data to enhance the consumer experience across digital and social platforms, integrating online and offline activities. Analyze digital data for consumer insights that inform strategic decisions.
- New Product Integration: Develop and execute communication strategies for new product launches across all owned digital platforms.
- Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and ROI metrics, reporting on digital marketing activities and performance against set objectives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Content Management: Oversee updates across websites, including blogs and imagery, utilizing WordPress CMS. Collaborate with global teams to troubleshoot technical issues related to website management.
- Marketing Strategy Execution: Plan and implement all Paid and Owned marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Agency Collaboration: Manage relationships with agencies and vendor partners, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
Consumer Insights & Analytics:
- Extract actionable insights from diverse data sources to inform business strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain an expert understanding of the market landscape, including competitive analysis and category drivers.
Integrated Marketing Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop annual marketing plans that create cohesive multi-channel customer experiences.
- Support the launch of new products by developing digital strategies and rollout plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the Luxury or Prestige sector.
- Proven experience in leading SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
