About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at ASSMBLY INC. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality written material, including reports, briefs, and website content, to engage our target audience.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform a range of administrative duties, including data management and database maintenance.
  • Marketing Research: Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Client Advisory: Advise clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate special publicity events and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Marketing Materials: Develop a portfolio of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters, to showcase our brand's expertise.
  • Digital Marketing: Conduct online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions to reach a wider audience.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Client Consultation: Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements, and content of communications materials.
About the Team

You will be working closely with our experienced marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive business growth. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, and monitoring and tracking software.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
