About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Atlas Landscaping Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance, estimating labour and materials, and supervising landscape construction work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities to ensure high-quality results
  • Estimate labour and materials required for projects, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Supervise landscape construction work, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
  • Tender and administer contracts with suppliers and contractors
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours of work per week
