About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at MBD Landscaping & Snow Removal. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of landscape construction projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all landscape construction work meets our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Material Management: Requisition and manage materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for project completion.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
