The AFP Golden Horseshoe Chapter is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Events Strategist, Philanthropy and Engagement to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and executing innovative event concepts that drive engagement, fundraising, and donor relations.

Key Responsibilities:- Event Concept Development: Create and implement high-quality events that advance our brand and achieve financial goals.
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop and manage partnerships with corporate sponsors, donors, and patrons to enhance event experiences and increase fundraising efforts.
- Logistics and Execution: Oversee the entire event lifecycle, from conceptualization to evaluation, ensuring seamless execution and successful outcomes.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Liaise with internal stakeholders to build strong relationships, facilitate communication, and drive event objectives forward.
- Experience: Minimum six years of progressive event management experience, including digital events and volunteer recruitment.
- Skills: Strong project management skills, efficient organizational abilities, and superior digital event proficiency.
- Education: Degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field (equivalent work experience considered).
- Additional Requirements: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for event execution and meetings.
Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $140,000
