Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Concept Development: Create and implement high-quality events that advance our brand and achieve financial goals.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop and manage partnerships with corporate sponsors, donors, and patrons to enhance event experiences and increase fundraising efforts.
  • Logistics and Execution: Oversee the entire event lifecycle, from conceptualization to evaluation, ensuring seamless execution and successful outcomes.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Liaise with internal stakeholders to build strong relationships, facilitate communication, and drive event objectives forward.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum six years of progressive event management experience, including digital events and volunteer recruitment.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, efficient organizational abilities, and superior digital event proficiency.
  • Education: Degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field (equivalent work experience considered).
  • Additional Requirements: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for event execution and meetings.

Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $140,000
