Job Overview

Carnegie Learning Canada is seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team at our Canadian Headquarters in St. Johns.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum

This role is responsible for providing exceptional end-user desktop support, ensuring seamless integration of hardware and software applications, and contributing to the overall success of our IT department.

Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with corporate business applications and hardware via remote support tools.
  • Issue new hardware, install software, and provide training to staff members.
  • Configure and maintain staff accounts on Active Directory, Exchange, Google, and other systems as needed.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on technical issues and resolutions.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least two years of experience in a desktop support position.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing priorities.
