Job Description

The Director of Client Success will be responsible for working directly with our account managers, clients, and founders to create client success teams, processes, and standards of service for all three of our product lines. This role involves documenting and creating powerful processes for our team members and clients, as well as attracting, hiring, and building a high-performance team that delivers our client success journey at scale.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience building client success systems in a fast-paced small business environment
  • Experience with attracting talent and building high-performance teams
  • Experience working directly with clients and creating successful client success teams
  • Experience with technology-based products like CRMs, SEO, digital marketing, and AI prompts
  • Experience creating and managing customer success scripts, documentation, client and product delivery journeys
  • Ability to foster a culture with core values of high performance, personal development, self-discipline, accountability, celebration of success, and fun
  • Enthusiasm for tracking, accountability, and managing through metrics not emotions
What We Offer
