Job Title: Director of Sales and Marketing

At Tactile Robotics, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to join our leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of dental education technology and drive sales growth and market penetration for our innovative products, PrepScanner and DenTeach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Lead sales efforts to achieve revenue targets through direct sales, partnerships, and other channels.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote PrepScanner and DenTeach, utilizing digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, and analyze data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, and set performance metrics and KPIs for sales and marketing activities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the dental, medical, or educational technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, marketing strategies, and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales and marketing plans that drive growth.
