Job Title: Junior Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Junior Service Advisor to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As a Junior Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess customer vehicle concerns and determine the necessary repairs or services required.
  • Communicate with customers to explain repair timelines, costs, and options.
  • Work with technicians to ensure accurate repair descriptions and work order creation.
  • Develop estimates and calculate customer payments, including deductibles.
  • Prepare and process repair orders, obtaining customer approval and entering orders into our service database system.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle maintenance history.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and manufacturer publications to enhance job knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong understanding of the automotive service industry.
  • Minimum - years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Auto experience considered an asset.
  • Valid G Drivers License.
  • Able to work flexible hours within our business hours, including Saturdays.
