Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service and experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to resolve vehicle concerns, determine repair timelines, and communicate with technicians to ensure accurate repair descriptions and work order creation.
  • Service Coordination: Work with customers to clarify vehicle symptoms, conduct inspections, and verify warranty and service contract coverage.
  • Estimating and Repair Orders: Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor, and prepare repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required.
  • Customer Communication: Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle, obtaining customer approval of estimates, and answering questions and concerns.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records by recording problems and corrective actions planned.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Experience: Minimum - years of experience in a customer service role, with auto experience considered an asset.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • License: Valid G Driver's License required.
  • Availability: Ability to work flexible hours within our business hours, including Saturdays.
