We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to resolve vehicle concerns, determine repair timelines, and communicate with technicians.
- Repair Order Management: Develop estimates, prepare repair orders, and maintain accurate records of problems and corrective actions.
- Communication: Explain estimates and expected return of vehicle, obtain customer approval, and answer questions and concerns.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate repair descriptions, work order creation, and delivery.
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum 2 years in a customer service role.
- Auto Experience: Considered an asset.
- Valid G Driver's License: Required.
- Flexibility: Able to work flexible hours within our business hours, including Saturdays.
