About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Financial Services Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients and advisor team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, providing accurate and professional service.
  • Manage incoming communications from clients, advisors, and other internal and external partners, ensuring seamless and timely solutions.
  • Assist the advisor team in welcoming and onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience.
  • Become well-versed in internal controls and industry regulatory requirements, ensuring client files and documentation are accurate and compliant.
  • Support the advisor team and client through the wealth management process, maintaining an audit of wealth management activities and priorities.
Requirements
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) certification.
  • Strong skills working with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High-quality time management and organization skills.
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service, with a professional, warm, and friendly demeanor.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
