About the Opportunity

As a Research Scientist in Cancer Biology, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to advancing our understanding of cancer biology and developing innovative therapies.

Job Summary

This position seeks early-career faculty scientists to establish independent research programs in Cancer Biology, broadly defined. Successful candidates will develop an internationally recognized program with extramural funding and have the opportunity to work with a generous start-up package and state-of-the-art laboratory space.

Responsibilities
  • Establish an independent research program in Cancer Biology, with a focus on functional and mechanistic research towards the development of future therapies
  • Secure extramural funding to support your research program
  • Contribute to the advancement of knowledge in Cancer Biology through publications and presentations
Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

  • A Ph.D. in a relevant field, such as Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related discipline
  • Demonstrated expertise in Cancer Biology, with a strong publication record and research experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and trainees
