Regional Sales Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in Canada, with a focus on the western territories.
- Accompany the onboarding of new partners and build successful relationships.
- Organize and supervise online training for sales partners and implement the Hornetsecurity partner program.
- Conclude partner business plans and monitor the successful development of sales partners and distributors.
- Participate in fairs and partner events, presenting Hornetsecurity solutions.
- Create relevant forecasts and define concrete measures to ensure targets are achieved.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales and Marketing, and represent the company as a personal contact person.
Requirements:
- A solid understanding of IT through education, academic studies, or a comparable qualification, ideally in IT security or cloud services.
- At least five years of professional experience in IT, with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.
- Relevant experience in dealing with sales partners and distributors in Canada, with a proven ability to develop partners strategically and economically.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently interact with partners and customers.
- A high willingness to travel and a talent for convincing customers and partners of Hornetsecurity services in presentations and negotiations.
- A winning personality, with the ability to work in an international team and motivate oneself through personal successes.
- Organizational skills, with the ability to set priorities in favor of the Hornetsecurity Group.
