Regional Sales Development Manager

As a Regional Sales Development Manager at Hornetsecurity, you will play a key role in driving our success in the Western territories of Canada. You will identify and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors, accompanying the onboarding of new partners and building successful relationships.
You will organize and supervise online training for our sales partners, implement the Hornetsecurity partner program, and conclude partner business plans. Your goal will be to ensure the successful development of your sales partners and distributors.
You will participate in fairs and partner events, presenting our solutions and creating relevant forecasts to ensure targets are achieved. You will work closely with teams such as Sales and Marketing, representing the company as a personal contact person.
Requirements:
- A solid IT knowledge through education, academic studies, or a comparable qualification, ideally in the area of IT security or cloud services.
- At least five years of professional experience in the field of IT, with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.
- Relevant experience in dealing with sales partners and distributors in Canada, with the ability to successfully develop partners strategically and economically.
- A talent for communication, being competent and confident in dealing with partners and customers.
- A high willingness to travel and enjoy convincing customers and partners of Hornetsecurity Services in presentations and negotiations.
- A winning personality and the ability to work in an international team.
- The ability to motivate yourself with your own successes and pursue your quarterly goals with passion.
- An organizational talent, knowing how to set priorities in favor of the Hornetsecurity Group.
