About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Performance Media Manager to join our team at Elemental. As a key member of our media department, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing media campaigns with a strong emphasis on Performance Media and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: You will be responsible for driving successful outcomes for clients by utilizing data-driven insights and innovative digital strategies across search, social, programmatic, video, and more.
  • Media Planning and Execution: You will oversee the execution of media plans, including channel optimizations, and seek to find innovative ways to implement media to deliver unexpected results.
  • Innovation and Strategy: You will stay abreast of new media innovations and bring ideas on how best to put them into practice, improving strategies for paid media clients that result in the client exceeding their goals.
  • Clients and Partnerships: You will maintain strong professional relationships with clients, suppliers, and agency partners, and have a strong working knowledge of agency and industry systems and tools.
  • Market Analysis and Data Analysis: You will conduct regular market analysis and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities for client campaigns, and implement comprehensive performance tracking and data analysis systems to continuously evaluate and enhance the ROI of media campaigns.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience working in media across all channels (search, social, programmatic, video, etc.) and 6+ years of experience managing a team of performance marketers and planners, preferably at an agency.
  • Skills: In-depth experience executing full-funnel campaigns of varying objectives (i.e., awareness, prospecting, retargeting, acquisition, etc.), ability to understand the details of client goals and translate them into broader strategic campaigns for leadership and the greater team, clear communicator with strategic insights and the ability to create buy-in across the organization, digitally savvy with passion for emerging media, Google Analytics, and ability to search and research topics.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous PTO policy.
