Job Summary:Esquimalt Dental is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional patient care, manage front desk operations, and ensure a smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional patient care and ensure a positive experience
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries
- Process patient records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information
- Operate a switchboard or telephone system to handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications
