Dental Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team at Esquimalt Dental. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing patient flow, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Greet patients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Patient Scheduling: Schedule appointments, manage waitlists, and ensure seamless communication with patients and staff.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and billing information.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and supply management.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external partners to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient care.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting an asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
