Dental Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Office Coordinator to join our team at Esquimalt Dental. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing patient records, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Greet patients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Patient Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic information, medical history, and treatment plans.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage waitlists, and coordinate with dentists and hygienists to ensure efficient use of time.
- Financial Transactions: Process payments, manage accounts receivable, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Office Administration: Order supplies, maintain office equipment, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare setting preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in dental software and technology.
