Regional Sales Manager

About the Role
Koch-Glitsch Canada is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive profitable growth and develop advantaged engineered solutions for our partners in the refining, petrochemical, and midstream markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical and commercial proposals that meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers and decision-makers.
- Travel up to 50% of the time to engage with customers and partners.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience in the refining, petrochemical, or related industry.
- Experience with mass transfer, heat transfer, combustion, or mist elimination equipment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and ability to manage the sales process.
- Located in Alberta and/or willing to relocate to the region.
