Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead our WWTP development projects in the GTA region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, supervising site staff, and ensuring quality workmanship.

Salary and Benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise multiple WWTP developments from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Organize and supervise site staff, trades, and contractors, monitoring their performance and progress.
  • Implement and maintain health and safety protocols, adhering to MOL regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to manage budgets and schedules, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Create and update project schedules, providing regular updates to senior management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in GTA ICI construction, with at least 2 full-cycle WWTP developments.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management (MBA and M.Eng. preferred).
  • Necessary certifications: Working at Heights, WHIMIS, First Aid, and Basics of Supervision.
  • Thorough knowledge of designing and building large-scale ICI developments.
  • Familiarity with LEED certification and sustainable building practices (preferred).
  • Gold Seal certification or equivalent credentials (highly desirable).
