Hive Developers is a dynamic company seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to lead our residential construction projects.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health and dental insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, training or arranging for training, estimating costs and materials, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, establishing methods to meet work schedules, reading blueprints and drawings, and requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Co-ordination: Co-ordinate and schedule activities with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and employees.
  • Training: Train or arrange for training for employees to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for projects and ensure they are within budget.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site.
  • Scheduling: Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Procurement: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
