H&A Contractor Inc is seeking a skilled Site Construction Manager to lead our construction projects. The successful candidate will have experience in supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, overseeing apprenticeship training, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in the construction industry and possess a strong understanding of project management principles. A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required, and proficiency in English is essential for communication with the team.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits. Steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, and safety glasses/goggles are required personal protective equipment.
Working conditions will be outdoors, noisy, and dusty. The site environment will require working under pressure. A workweek of 40 hours per week is expected.
