Fitch Learning is a global leader in financial services training, and we're seeking a highly skilled Director, Regulatory Certification Program to join our team in Toronto, Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of our regulatory certification program, ensuring compliance with Canadian regulations and accreditation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation project and ongoing delivery relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and governance groups.
  • Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to support the robust delivery of examinations at scale.
  • Ensure adherence to all necessary client, industry, and best practice regulations and international standards.
  • Monitor exam performance and work on improving the quality of delivery, reporting to the governance committee.
  • Direct the delivery of examinations, including recruitment and supervision of personnel, scheduling, and maintaining security of exam materials.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience leading an exam delivery implementation project with technology and operations components.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and lead multi-disciplinary, high-performing teams.
  • Analytical problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Canadian citizen or legally approved to be employed in this position in Canada.
