Job Summary

Fitch Group, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director, Regulatory Certification Program to lead the implementation of our regulatory certification efforts in our Toronto office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of our regulatory certification programs, ensuring compliance with Canadian regulations and accreditation requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Delivery
    • Develop and implement strategic plans for regulatory certification programs.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver regulatory certification programs.
    • Ensure compliance with Canadian regulations and accreditation requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Build and maintain relationships with regulatory organizations, clients, and stakeholders.
    • Communicate program developments and progress to stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of program delivery staff.
    • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to team members.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to support program delivery.
    • Ensure effective use of technology and resources to support program delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Proven experience leading exam delivery implementation projects.
    • Experience working with regulatory organizations and clients.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
