Director, Regulatory Certification Program

Fitch Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Director to lead our Regulatory Certification Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients, industry experts, and internal stakeholders to design and develop robust, defensible, and modern syllabuses and exams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and industry experts to drive the development of high-quality syllabuses and exams.
  • Engage with stakeholders to study design briefs, determine requirements, and conceptualize designs.
  • Lead the day-to-day relationships with clients, vendors, and governance groups.
  • Assemble and run syllabus committees to support the independent validation of work undertaken.
  • Manage content flow and secure storage relating to developed exams and syllabuses.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role in the design and development of high-stakes exams.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and lead high-performing teams.
  • Analytical problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and develop a work plan.
