About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Leasing Consultant to join our team at AWIN - Jaguar Land Rover Thornhill. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling and leasing new and pre-owned luxury vehicles to existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet sales quota and gross profit targets on a consistent basis
  • Exceed customer satisfaction (CSI) objectives
  • Handle incoming sales traffic, including telephone, internet, and in-person inquiries
  • Arrange trade-in appraisals and liaise between prospects and sales management during negotiations
  • Turn over sales customers to the finance office and arrange pre-owned deliveries
  • Attend and participate in weekly sales meetings and review previous month's performance
  • Familiarize yourself with all manufacturers' sales, lease, and finance programs
  • Participate in off-site marketing and advertising initiatives and assist in showroom display arrangement
  • Participate in off-site product and skills training programs
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
  • Ability to close sales by overcoming objections and completing sales or purchase contracts
  • Knowledge of applicable federal, provincial, and local laws governing retail auto sales
