Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: You will work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Team Supervision: As a team lead, you will supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance, support, and coaching to help them develop their skills and expertise.
  • Cost Estimation: You will be responsible for estimating costs and materials required for each project, ensuring that budgets are accurately set and adhered to.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential in this role, as you will need to liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in residential construction or a related field.
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
  • Personal Qualities: We are looking for individuals who are organized, efficient, and possess excellent oral communication skills.
