We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Director to join our team at SiteTalent, a specialized growth and talent partner for the industrial sector.

Salary Range: $190,000-$270,000+ base salary (Flexible), bonus and profit sharing

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong track record of managing diverse projects and leading high-performing teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet client expectations and business objectives.

  • Lead cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and subcontractors, to achieve project goals and objectives.

  • Maintain open communication channels with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure transparency and alignment.

  • Identify and mitigate risks, opportunities, and constructability issues to minimize delays and cost overruns.

  • Analyze financial data, forecasts, and billings to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

  • Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate subcontractor/trade/supplier agreements and awards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of related work experience as a Project Manager on residential, commercial, industrial construction projects.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing new build construction projects valued $80M+.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications, costs, budgets, and current construction practices and methodology.

  • Strong negotiation skills, ability to influence and persuade others to reach consensus.

  • Able to communicate clearly and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, understand and interpret stakeholder needs.

  • Capable of anticipating constructability issues in moderate to complex situations and creating new solutions in the construction plan and schedule.
