We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional results. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to take on a leadership role and make a meaningful impact at TD Bank.

About the Role

The Senior Construction Project Manager will be responsible for providing overall leadership and direction for the operation, planning, and development of construction project management, specific to corporate and retail programs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic guidance and oversight to project teams, ensuring successful and cost-effective implementation and coordination of projects and programs.
  • Managing teams, including outsourced vendors and suppliers, assigning responsibilities and evaluating results.
  • Ensuring mitigation/contingency plans are in place for identified risks.
  • Developing and managing relationships with executives, managers, business line end users, outsourced vendors, and consultants.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory and municipal codes, as well as experience in interior fit-outs, corporate, and retail. A post-secondary education in project management, architecture, or a related field is required.

Responsibilities
  • Lead project delivery teams to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Manage project budgets and standards to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate Architecture & Design, Transaction Management, and Vendor Management in Project Delivery.
  • Orchestrate and manage all project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in interior fit-outs, corporate, and retail.
  • Post-secondary education in project management, architecture, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and municipal codes.
